Listen before drawing conclusions
Our survey asks about visitor interests, planning concerns and prior experience in China. Participation is voluntary, and the people who respond are a self-selected sample.
What a published report will include
- The questions asked and the collection period.
- The number of included responses and how they were collected.
- How incomplete or duplicate responses were handled.
- The limits of what the sample can tell us.
Individual stories and survey patterns
Stories provide personal context. Survey patterns describe the responses we receive; they do not automatically represent all international travelers.
